The support team do an amazing job. I've been working with them for around a year now and they are always super responsive and get to the heart of any issue quickly to resolve. AND they are always pleasant to deal with.

The website took 2 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 7-page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long. "When I finally did get the website login details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know ""basic coding"" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising."

Fantastic service and excellent hosting.

The design phase was actually quite good and we had agreed on a two-week build. A series of issues led to this small project being completed in 6 weeks and left me in a state that I was not satisfied with.
